Doug is the Co-Founder and CEO of Ultimarii Ltd. and founding partner at Blue Rock Law LLP. He is also the former Alberta Minister of Jobs Economy and Innovation, as well as the former Minister of Justice and Solicitor General. During his time as Cabinet Minister in the Government of Alberta, Doug led the development of Alberta’s successful economic Recovery Plan to diversify its economy and develop provincial strategies for technology and innovation. We are excited to welcome him as our panel moderator.
